Winters had left me lonely
I waited for you in spring then
Let summers not be counted
But, you came with the rain
I was really feeling so shy
Don’t know if you remember
On the first day when
Our eyes met each other
Only in my dreams I had
Hugged you in the rain
But you said you loved
Our first kiss in the train
Very early I had learnt
“Love is the sweetest thing”
I was just a little kid then
Since then, I had been waiting
You were always in my dreams
Since a time so long
Now that you are in my life
I will make our bond strong
In the silence of the night
When people are sleeping tight
I think of you and write a poem
In the calm and faint moonlight…
